Lost and Stolen!!!
If you card has been lost or stolen please contact us immediately on:

We do everything we can to make sure you receive the best possible service. If you are not happy with the services received and wish to make a complaint and your card states on the back that it is issued by Prepaid Financial Services Limited, please contact our card issuer stating the nature of your complaint through the following link http://www.prepaidfinancialservices.com. Once your complaint has been received , a Complaints Officer from Prepaid Financial Services Limited will investigate it immediately and respond to you within 10 working days.
